Welcome to The Scoop: A Sweet New Addition to Concourse

Crosstown Concourse is turning up the sweetness! We’re thrilled to welcome The Scoop by Kaye’s Pints and Scoops to our growing community of incredible local businesses. Whether you’re a die-hard ice cream devotee or simply someone who believes life is better with a cone in hand, this is one new neighbor you’re going to want to meet. We sat down with the team behind The Scoop to find out what makes them special, what inspired their journey, and most importantly, what flavors we should be lining up for.

What inspired you to open The Scoop at Crosstown Concourse?

Crosstown Concourse has always been one of my favorite places in Memphis. It’s a well‑rounded space where Memphians can work, eat, and just enjoy being a day in the community. It truly has something for everyone.

That’s why it felt like the perfect place to introduce a Kaye’s Pints & Scoops ice cream shop. Concourse represents so much of the goodness — the “sweetness” — that Memphis has to offer.  I’m excited to  be apart of the  and I know that this  “The Scoop” will add to that energy with a space that feels welcoming, joyful, and rooted in the city I love.

What makes The Scoop different from your average ice cream experience?

We’re not your average ice cream shop. Our ice cream is made with intention and real ingredients — no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, ever. Every flavor comes from the actual fruit, spice, or ingredient that gives it its taste.

We also build our ice cream around community. About half of what we use — from dairy to baked mix‑ins to cups and labels — comes from regional small businesses. When you grab a scoop at Kaye’s, you’re supporting a whole network of local makers, not just us.

What do you hope The Scoop brings to the Concourse community and what can customers look forward to as you settle in?

Our mission is to provide premium service that ignites smiles and happiness for ice cream lovers in communities everywhere. That’s exactly what we’re building at The Scoop, a welcoming space where people can slow down, share a smile, make memories, and feel connected, one scoop at a time.

Looking ahead, guests can expect First Saturday specials, fun local flavor and menu collaborations, and of course, plenty of delicious ice cream.
