Starting Mid-August, parking at Crosstown Concourse will be powered by Metropolis — a smart system that makes every visit effortless. 

Crosstown Concourse offers free parking from 4:30 AM until 6:00 PM daily. Convenience spaces along Concourse Ave., Concourse Way, and on the first floor of the parking garage are free for the first 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the space. Please reference on site signage for time limits.  

Paid parking applies to all surface lots and the parking garage daily from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Many businesses offer temporary parking validation. These validation codes are available within the individual businesses and must be applied to your account before your leave the Concourse property. 

This campus and garage are under 24/7 surveillance.

We are so glad that you are visiting. In order for you to have the best experience, we ask that you review the following: 

For large groups, we request advanced notice so that we may tell security and our retail partners. For general groups larger than 20, we request that you let us know in advance.

Visiting school groups of more than 15, we require that you let us know in advance and students must be supervised at all times.

If you are planning to have a photo shoot of 15 or more, we require that you let us know in advance. For all photo shoots, we ask that you review and sign the Photopass agreement and obtain a Photopass lanyard, located at the front desk.
