Concerts for Well-Being
What if music could help you feel better—body and mind?
Welcome to Concerts for Well-Being, where beautiful music meets the science of sound’s power to restore, uplift, and inspire. Created by the Ozmo Institute for Neuroaesthetics and guided by its founder, Dr. Žak Ozmo, these events invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and experience how music can transform how we feel.
Each concert blends world-class performances with moments of reflection, mindfulness, and connection. You’ll hear timeless works—from the serenity of Baroque harmonies to the passion of Romantic melodies—performed with warmth and care.
Whether you’re a lifelong music lover or simply seeking an hour of peace, these concerts offer a chance to unwind, reset, and rediscover the healing power of music. Take a breath, open your ears, and let music do what it does best—bring us back to ourselves.
Diamond Strings: A Concert for Well-Being
Formed by violinist Yennifer Correia, Diamond Strings unites four outstanding musicians from the Memphis Symphony Orchestra who share a passion for music that touches the heart. What began as a personal project among friends has grown into a vibrant ensemble known for performances that combine artistry, sincerity, and joy.
In this Concert for Well-Being, Diamond Strings explores music across centuries—from the serenity of Bach to the emotion of Brahms—in a program designed to calm the mind, awaken the senses, and remind us how deeply sound connects us all.
Step inside, let the music unfold, and leave feeling a little lighter.
