Bechtel spent years working in a chain pharmacy and never imagined owning her own. But when a corporate buyout changed her workplace and made conditions more challenging, she began looking for something different — a place where care could come first.
That search led her to Madison Pharmacy. The pharmacy had already been serving patients for years, and when the opportunity came to purchase it, Bechtel took the leap. Within months, Madison Pharmacy became hers — and with it came a mission to build a pharmacy experience based on trust, warmth, and genuine service.
“It’s not uncommon for our patients to develop a friendly, personal relationship with our staff,” Bechtel has shared. “And a personal relationship ensures great service.”
