Crosstown CoWork Officially Opens

Memphis, TN – Wednesday, April 15, 2025 – Crosstown CoWork at Crosstown Concourse officially opened April 1, creating a new space for small businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurs to connect and grow within the Concourse community. Located in the East Atrium on the second floor, Crosstown CoWork features 11 private offices, 14 dedicated desks, a large conference room, and a host of shared amenities.

Crosstown Concourse first announced plans for Crosstown CoWork last November, following years of increasing demand for affordable, flexible and shared workspace.

“Given the number, quality and diversity of office and retail tenants that make up the Concourse vertical village, an office here provides significant value for small businesses and new start-ups, but many people don’t need a large space, nor the build-out costs and overhead that comes along with it,” said Todd Richardson, CEO of Crosstown Concourse. “The small offices, dedicated desks and shared amenities at Crosstown CoWork fill that gap and make it possible for more people and organizations to call Crosstown home and benefit from the collaborative environment here.”

Tenants have already begun moving in, and space remains available for those interested in joining the community. Memberships for private offices and dedicated desks are offered on a monthly or annual basis, with all-inclusive rates covering utilities, high-speed, secure wifi/internet, cleaning, printing and scanning, and mail service.
