Crosstown Concourse and Live Nation Partner to Bring New Venue to Memphis, Expanding the City’s Live Music Scene

Memphis, TN – A new live music venue is coming to Memphis thanks to Crosstown Concourse and venue operator Live Nation. This state-of-the-art space is set to become a cornerstone of the city’s vibrant music scene, reflecting the soul of Memphis while addressing a growing demand for live music venues. Construction is scheduled to begin this winter.

Located at the corner of Autumn Avenue and Claybrook Street, across from the Crosstown parking garage, the 35,000-square-foot venue will have a 1,300-person capacity. Operated by Live Nation, the venue will host 100 events annually and contribute to the neighborhood’s economic vibrancy through increased foot traffic and permanent job creation. Live Nation plans to hire over 150 permanent staff, with base pay starting at $20 per hour.

This new venue will honor Memphis’ rich musical heritage while filling a key gap in the market, providing a platform for artists eager to perform in the city. Crosstown Concourse’s partnership with Live Nation will ensure access to top touring artists and offer deep operational and hospitality expertise. The collaboration will also enhance educational opportunities for aspiring music professionals in the region, creating a cultural impact that extends across the city.

“We are extremely excited about this new venue. Collaborating with Live Nation is hugely important to making Memphis a regular tour stop, bringing artists and musicians to Memphis who otherwise might not have played here,” said Todd Richardson, President and CEO of Crosstown Concourse. “Pairing the thoughtfully designed venue with Crosstown Concourse’s convenient location, ample parking, variety of food and beverage options, and amenities will create an unforgettable entertainment experience for Memphians and regional visitors.”

The venue will provide an exceptional hospitality experience for artists, fans, and crews while celebrating the best of Memphis.

“The new venue will be a unique addition to the city and bring even more exciting shows to Memphis,” said Grant Lyman, President of Live Nation Southeast. “Thanks to Crosstown Concourse, we’re honored to be a part of the community’s movement to invest in the future of live music while celebrating the rich music history of Memphis.”

The venue will energize Memphis’ live music scene, serving as a premier destination for cutting-edge artists and fans alike. Beyond concerts, it will host a wide variety of events, including comedy shows, community gatherings, corporate meetings, and special events.
